I'm sure people have seen the title of episode 3.

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">Search for the Super Saiyan God.
In short summary, this is the episode where Goku meets Beerus. Obviously the issue is the time period, because of Pan and Videl.

How do you see A. Toriyama writing this for Goku to reach God? Do you think the god ritual is going to be thrown out or do you Toriyama doesn't care about Pan's age (for future EoZ)?</div>

It's not exactly stated that this is only a short while after Boo's defeat, only that "some time" has passed. A similar expression was used in the anime for the gap between Future Trunks beating the Artificial Humans in his timeline and him killing Cell, despite it being a 3 year gap in the manga. These events could easily be transpiring 4-5 years after Boo.

It's only been a few months since Boo. 6 months I believe according to Kanzenshuu and Super's website and Twitter.

Care to show me the links? It could simply be talking about the time lapse between Boo's defeat and the wish of Boo being erased from the Earthlings memory, unless proven otherwise.
