This Spopo is the regular one, not our all mighty lord and savior.

If :bitch's one handed blast would've killed Videl had he not held back and he's able to fly fast enough that base Gohan and Kibito going full speed didn't catch up to him and Yamu within minutes I'd say he stomps here. Even if assuming he wasn't THAT suppressed against Videl, I also don't think Galu can get through his monstrous stamina and/or might let his guard down if he thinks Spopo is down similar to how Metallic injured him after Galu blew his head off.

Spopovich stomps. I think the flight aura argument is pretty valid therefore Spopo is stronger than Raditz.

Spopo wins here even by attrition. He's too durable for an untrained Goku, even at a slight power advantage. Goku would wear down and Spopo proceeds to stomp.

Lord :bitch displays the pecking order for reasons Kenshi and Animelover already mentioned.

The flight aura argument is weak. I see no reason to place Spoppo above BODB Goku
or even close to that level.
