Gohan has a much more personal grudge toward 17 than the other Gohan did toward Cell so it's possible he might fuck around for a while to torment him even if he had a power advantage.

Anyways, I think going by the Cell arc's depiction he'd win, with the Boo arc's depiction he'd lose.
