I think 2x is too small in the Cell Games given the implications of Cell's full power being massive. That being said, 2x can work fine in the Boo Saga.

So, what gap do you give MSSJ Goku/FP Cell and why?

I like a 2x gap or more between FP Cell and SSJ2 Gohan, which works out to an around 3x gap between Goku and Cell. I am of the belief that no Super Saiyans ever came close to Full Power Cell.

I don't see why it would be. He was purposefully toying with Cell so that he would suffer, and one-shotted him once he buffed up.

Buffed Cell was already damaged. Gohan yelled when he kicked Full Power Perfect Cell, which indicates he was putting effort.

Just because he yelled doesn't mean he put in full-effort or anything.

You also say that villains bluff a-lot when they say they'll finish in seconds, but you can some-how believe this. How, if I can ask?
