Who wins?
Fearless said:Kefla is stronger than initial UI Goku according to Piccolo and Vegito was long surpassed by suppress Jiren himself.
Current UI Goku > SSjin2 Kefla > Initial UI Goku > Suppressed Jiren >>> KK20X SSjinB Goku

1. Base Kefla is SSG level + (had a clear advantage against SSG Goku). She seems unnaturally strong for a base fusion. We don't know if Base Vegito is SSG level. In fact considering it was said fusion wouldn't be enough against Beerus (even with them only having seen a small amount of suppressed Beerus's power) and the way SSG was competitive with suppressed Beerus it actually seems unlikely Base Vegito is SSG level +.
2. Future Trunks arc SSB seems to be below current SSB. ToP Arc SSB Vegeta had the advantage against Toppo despite Zen Exhibition Match Toppo forcing Goku to use SSBKK.
Keedounan said:I still think Kefla > Vegetto, at least the one in the Anime, as stupid as it sounds. Jiren was stated to be much stronger than everyone else Z-Team fought, which include Merged Zamasu, and Vegetto struggled against him. Kefla, on the other hand, was quite close to UI Goku in power.
To be fair though, Goku's stamina was low and he barely had enough power left for a Kamehameha when dealing with Kefla's final weapon.xenos5 said:Roshi's statement that UI Goku would be killed if he was hit by any of those lasers emanating from the full power aura especially indicates that.

Future Warrior said:I could never fathom the fact that a fusion of two weaker Saiyan's at a weaker form can even match a fusion of Goku and Vegeta at Super Saiyan fucking Blue even if it was from an arc before, so I'd rather say Vegetto takes this.

Kale's Berserker SSJ is close to SSG (she could deflect an energy blast from SSG Goku albeit with significant effort).
I never denied that Goku further improved. In fact, this was made explicit by Kefla saying that he's powered up, by Toppo saying that he's growing stronger, by Goku saying he's getting the hang of Ultra Instinct, and by Dyspo mentioning that his attacks have become even more polished.xenos5 said:Goku actually further mastered Ultra Instinct and got more powerful as the fight went on (to the point he got Jiren's attention when him powering up at the beginning of the episode didn't get Jiren's attention).
When stamina is low, power tends to be too. The last parts of Golden Frieza and SSJB Goku's fight in the Fukkatsu No F Saga illustrates this.xenos5 said:His stamina determined how much time left he had in the form, not how much power he could use in it.
I agree with the chain, though I doubt the power of Kefla's final attack could kill a peak condition Goku. 100% UI Goku ought to be quite a bit ahead of SSJ2 Kefla.xenos5 said:Power-wise
SSJ2 Kefla's Full Power Laser Aura Barrage (since Roshis said it would kill him if it landed) > End of 116 UI Goku >= SSJ2 Kefla > beginning of 116 UI Goku (since his punch didn't do much damage before he powered up further, however his Automatic Reactions made up for his small stat disadvantage quite a bit) > 110 UI Goku/Initial UI Goku
