If you have Good Buu above SSJ2s and you consider SSJ3 Goku's tanking feat was against a fully powered
punch from Fat Buu, SSJ3 can be 5x.

I don't think there is. He put up a better fight against Kid Buu than Vegeta did. The only thing Vegeta has over Buu is better durability maybe.

I always figured Boo's regeneration was what made up for his shit durability. He was affected by bullets.
