Pre-God SS3 Goku is heavily suggested to be stronger than Ultimate Gohan and SS3 Gotenks, likely by a sizeable amount since there are loose implcations of SS2 Goku/Vegeta > Ultimate Gohan, so SSG Goku >>/>>> SSG Gotenks.
SSB Gotenks would be lucky to be a match for SSG Goku (BoG Arc).

Aside from joking, SSjinB Gotenks will end up weaker than even SSjin2 Trunks IMO. That's just how irrelevant and weak Gotenks is right now.
