Something I'm confused: whis say that jiren's power is on par or a little ahead of the hakaishin while pushing the genkidama.

Does it mean it is needed to be hakaishin tier to develop such a feat? If so, ssj gogeta has no bussiness on here given how much weaker is than a hakaishin or broly

I think Gogeta SSJ wins very easily.

I am of the idea that Frieza's statement, after being hit by Broly SSJ, means that at least, no one from Universe 7 can against Broly SSJ (except UI Goku).
