Gohan went he first turns into a super saiyan vs 19 & 20. Who wins?

Goku said that if Gohan transformed he'd be a good sparring partner. Does that mean Gohan was at Android Arc Goku level minus the transformation?

I think he was somewhat weaker than Base Goku, perhaps between Piccolo and the adult Saiyans sounds good?

Suppressed Piccolo > Base Gohan, so I’d imagine FP Piccolo > SSJ Gohan.

Pre Gohan takes it, but post he dies.
