Should be perfect so long as you can explain why he gets a bigger boost from removing his weights here at the CG compared to when he first became Kamiccolo.

It's a trivial difference. I think i have it 1.2x for pre RoSaT Kamiccolo and 1.25x for post.

Yeah but very slightly. #17 should be like 96-97% of Kamiccolo. And i don't think #18 rivals #17. As for Cell and Gohan, it depends on the SSJ2 boost you use. I like FP PC 60% of SSJ2 Kid Gohan, and SPC maybe 94-95%.

I also am in the boat that 18 doesn't rival 17 anymore. 17 literally states this and it helps make the Vegeta vs 18 fight go down smoother. There are major issues with the Android Saga powers. Starting with 19/20 up to 17 let me see what you got.

How does Cell do vs 18?

If you go with 4x SSJ2 boost. Then Cell's power up is 2.5x or he's fightin at 40% power vs MSSj Gohan. If you go with 5x boost then basically he does a 3x power up. Some feel him only being 33% vs MSSJ Gohan is a little too much though. For me no matter what though FP PC is 60-66% of Gohan. I'm real anal about that. Because 50% gap is what I have between Super vegeta and Warm up PC, or #17 vs Piccolo. Those gaps look bigger .

Who in the Android saga is 100? FP Kamiccolo?

In all of my lists, I end up running into some spacing issues with Cell being at 60% of Gohan. It makes it real close with Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan and Power Weighted Cell and so on. Plus it forces 19 to be like 70% of Vegeta. Which works, but I don't know.

With Cell at like 55% of Gohan I felt that little much was a world of difference. But, I don't know.

50% for Cell vs Vegeta is pretty neat though. I go back and forth.

How about this, what happens if we replace Cell with Reecome and Gohan with Goku? How does Goku tank Reecome's shot? Same manner more or less?

Look at # 17 vs Piccolo, that is 2x. After Gohan's first punch on Cell, Cell tried to muster another punch. You think Piccolo can do that to # 17? I don't. ,Poor Piccolo got dropped like a bad habit. I think Goku tanks Recoome in the same fashion as Gohan did Cell.

That's about what I have. I like Hulk Cell about 75% SSJ2 Kid Gohan. Actually Hulk Cell would be SPC level if he was fresh IMO, though of course he would still be slow as shit and thus not SPC lol. FP PC had just fired a fully charged KHH and regenerated...he's no longer full power or even rivaling his full power after that IMO.

Yea that's quite possible. He could indeed be a lot stronger than was shown. He got hurt badly by a couple of attacks, fired a FP KHH, got damaged by Gohan's KHH and had to regenerate.

I hate to incorporate damaged powers like this, but you make a good point. I don't like the idea of FP Buff Cell being so close to Gohan.

If Freeza can attain FP after all the damage he took, why couldn't Cell?

Are you talking about Freeza after he took the Spirit bomb and was roughed up a bit by SSJ Goku? Well that's because he was only at 50-70% of his max power at the time. Cell was fighting Gohan at 100% . There's no more reserves for Cell to tap into unlike Freeza. Actually When 100% Freeza did get roughed up his ki did subtaintally fade toward the end of the fight with SSJ Goku. I'd put the damaged Freeza who made the homing Kienzans at about 85% or so.

Anyway, lets talk about the Android saga. Want to put Kamiccolo 100? Then something like

Imperfect Cell : 75
SSJ Vegeta : 62.5
SSJ Goku : 60
SSJ Future Trunks : 56.25
Piccolo : 50

A 2x gap between Kamiccolo and Piccolo, and lots of in betweens.

IPC can't even rival #18. I don't like #18 rivalling #17. Weighted Kamiccolo needs to rival both Androids. Piccolo, Trunks, and Vegeta combined can defeat #18 [albeit it would be extremely difficult].

Imperfect Cell put up a great fight against Piccolo. 80% is too big of a gap imo

So maybe put #18 at 85 and IPC at 75
