I don't think that SSj Goku (Boo Arc) improved that much. At best, the gap between Boo Arc Goku and CG Gohan is 15%.

Majin Vegeta is equal to Goku, so, basically, it's two Goku's and one Gohan vs. a guy who is probably 50% of SSj2 Gohan IMO. So, the Z-Fighters die.
