How many Cell Juniors can CGs Goku defeat?

All of them. It shouldn't be too different from Goku vs the Ginyu Force and we saw how much Goku could manage with a simple Kiai. He was too fast for them to keep up with. He shouldn't have any trouble using Shunkan Ido to one shot them individually.

I don’t think Goku can one shot Cell Jrs or anything, but he can totally pick them individually via Shunkan Ido if needed. Goku solos mid or high diff.

Considering how shocked even Cell was at Gohan oneshotting the Cell Juniors, I'd heavily doubt Goku could oneshot them regardless of what factor Gohan's personality may have played into those reactions. Since this is slightly more than facing multiple Vegetas/Trunks at the time and they weren't implied to be people Galu could just sweep through, as well as the Super manga showing Goten not being able to instantly defeat 3 of them, I don't see Goku getting through more than 3 at once without a Shunkan Ido Kamehameha that would leave him too drained for the rest. If it's a gauntlet style battle though, he has the potential to solo through his superior skill if he conserves his stamina well, though odds are he'd tap out after maybe 4 or 5.

If Cell and everybody else got so shocked at Cell Jrs being one shot despite SSJ2 Gohan (Expected power) > SSJ Gohan > SSJ Goku then maybe Cell Jrs can be powered up Cell level like the Daizenshuu says

I always found it baffling that Cell can easily shit out multiple lifeforms that can contend with high level SSJ's.

To be fair, it isn't too much different to Piccolo Daimao's method and Cell is by design meant to be jacked up in terms of what abilities he's inherited from his cells, especially in his perfect form.

They're equal to Vegeta/Trunks, who are at 75% of Goku in my books, so Goku gets outnumbered.
