I have base Bojack around (probably stronger) than MSSJ Gohan so Goku will loose this one. Tbh I would be able to tell Bojack strength better if his henchmen would let him fight instead strapping up their fancy little wires 24/7...

I don't recall much of this movie, but I like for movie villains to line up with canon villains, so would Base Bojack being equal to Cell (@ Goku) be an accurate placement for Base Bojack?

It wouldn't explain Gohan being inferior to him, though. I'd put him above Gohan by a mild amount, which would obviously murderstomp Goku.

Iirc, there was nothing concrete to place Gohan below him. Gohan did state that he had an incredible Ki, but the same can be said about Goku saying the same about Reacoom, Burta and Jheese. It also seems strange that Bojack would bother transforming against Vegeta in that case, despite having an obvious lead over him.

I'd still give this to Bojack though, so long as Goku doesn't land a Shunkan Ido Kamehameha.

Even after transforming there are scenes where Gohan is holding his own against him, yet he cancels out Gohan's Kamehameha with his ultimate attack with a hole in his stomach...

Bojack (IMO) is somewhere between CG Goku and CG Gohan , he wins this IMO
