I mean, even if he did rape Casca so he could operate in the lower realm, how would he know his son would die, be swallowed by the Behelit Apostle and then he would be reincarnated? He likely knew due to how fatalistic the world of Berserk is, not to mention having a conversation with what's essentially the ultimate God of it's universe after his ascension. He likely learnt that much of causality from either the Idea of Evil or his God Hand peers.
