I'd give it to Goku. I think he should be able to handle Vegeta in seconds and then take care of Freeza. Vegeta is much weaker than both Goku and Freeza.

I'm not sure. Vegeta is significantly weaker than Goku, but Freeza is nearly equal. Goku would have to one-shot Vegeta otherwise Freeza could inflict serious damage to Goku if he gets too distracted.
