SSJ Vegeta (Namek/Final version) vs Freeza

Who wins? I think Vegeta can at best bet to defeat 50% Freeza as I have him around at 57% of FP Goku on equal forms, but would lose to 70% Freeza.

With his final technique he could reach around 76% of Goku, but would still be weaker than 100% Freeza.
