How close would this be? For instance, Healthy Vegetto level difference over Sick Vegetto's same of Healthy Goku over Sick Goku.

SSJ Vegetto still wins. I would put him atleast over 2x stronger than Boohan. Even Bsse Vegetto was relative to Boohan so with the 50x multiplier (which I am not sure I would use) the gap is MASSIVE.
