1st form Freeza probably wins, as dumb as that is.

Since I have Gods >>>> SS4 Gogeta based on the universe feat and Beerus' MFTL speed feats, this Freeza should be capable of oneshotting even SS3 Vegetto via scaling.

I see Freeza one shotting, for reasons CC mentioned. Although I have some GT characters slightly more relevant to the gods.

For obvious reasons, I think that 4th Form Frieza (from the FnF movie) would likely destroy SSj2 Vegetto at the minimum.
