If you go by Ragehan theory, we don't know how much stronger SSJ2 Gohan became. All we know is that he
obliterated Cell with that and that Buu Saga Goku said Ragehan is unbeatable. It's totally possible that the
largest portion of Ultimate Gohan's power came from his hidden enraged power. It is totally possible that
Cell Games Ragehan could even be a match for Super Buu.

Imo gohan isn't stronger than this Goku because Piccolo had already signified Vegeta SSJ2 >= kid Gohan SSJ2 and Vegeta himself signified himself > kid Gohan SSJ2.
Theres that killed and fought thing But thats taking lines too deep IMO.
