SSJ2 Goku vs Pure Boo filler fight

Another worthless filler fight. The movements are good, yet is completely pointless when Goku made it apparent Pure Boo was someone he couldn't mess around with and the anime even had Kibitoshin tell him that this was the strongest Boo. He didn't need a warm up match to know it'd take everything he had to beat this Boo.

The animation is all it has going for it.

Great fight but it made Vegeta even worthless in comparison. You've got Goku holding his own as SSjin2 while Vegeta couldn't do shit about it and was almost killed from hanging his neck out there.

It looked good purely from a visual perspective, but was nothing major in the grand scheme of things. It's at least an opportunity for Goku to get accustomed to how he fights before using his draining SSJ3 form since the Majin was sandbagging enough to make it competitive.

Pretty clean animation, it is very respectable in that regard. As for how it impacts the story... it's worthless.

It does make me think that the hanging around in lower forms and playing around trope started in the Z anime.
