Did trunks stack Ssjg3 on top of ssj2?if not this implies that ssjg3 is bigger boost than ssj

what leads me to think i was Ssjg3 is that he lacks lightning.But then again this is made by toei and they are very inconsistent with ssj2

Trunks was definitely SSJ2 when he started trying to fight Vegeta for real after reverting and lacked lightning (as well as when he fought Zamasu), so I don't see that as indicative of much

He started out in SSJ2, went buff, then reverted to SSJ2 to continue the battle when Vegeta attacked him. The debate is whether he used SSJ grade 3 as a SSJ1 or as a SSJ2.

I just watched that and to me it seemed like he just showed him Super-Saiyan Grade-III to make him drop his guard, so I think that was just normal Grade-III.

Whether it is normal grade 3 or stacked, it was still way weaker to Vegeta and a useless transformation due to bulky speed issues.

Basically, a moot point.

I think it was just SSJG3. The Grade 3 is a way of ascend the normal Super Saiyajin, it has nothing to do with SSJ2.
