It calls Kefla "the strongest fusion" which pretty much is a general statement that would logically include Vegito. It's a game, but I also like to include this. Now everyone.....

Kafla wins. I think she needs SS2 but I think it’s plausible for her to only need SS1.

Kale’s Super Saiyan form must’ve just given her a way bigger multiplier than standard Super Saiyan. Kale and Caulifla may have better compatability than Goku and Vegeta too.

Anime-wise, Kefla wins. Vegetto's advantage over Zamasu was nowhere near as big as in the manga, probably being inferior to Infinite Zamasu or comparable to Genki Sword Trunks, whereas LSSJ Kefla was at least as strong as a logically far stronger Genki attack than Trunks' (Goku's Genki-Dama) and her LSSJ2 self was likely stronger than Initial Jiren, who was stated by Shin to be the strongest foe Goku had ever encountered. LSSJ may actually be enough to take it, as shocking as it sounds.

Manga-wise, Vegetto oneshots due to being stronger than Beerus. Probably needs nothing higher than SS2.

Probably SSJ2 Kefla. I can fathom Vegetto still being Beerus tier depending on how YEAST Kaioshin's statement is interpreted, but I think it's easier to just suckle on it and go with the flow.
