What, is this Tomb Raider?

Considering there's also some raptors that lead to a Jurassic Park reference and an alien that straight up a xenomorph somewhere in the manga from what I've seen, the creator seems to like throwing around a lot of references to western pop culture, so this isn't really that surprising.
