Why is Pre-God Base Goku = to Boo arc SS3 Goku?

I like these numbers. Never thought about SSJB still being standard Blue power and Rosé just being below it.

Why don’t you go with PSSJB Goku = SSJB Bursts Vegeta? It is implied by statements after all.

I thought that as well during my reread, but it wouldn't make sense if they were equal. Vegeta commented on how immensely difficult it was for Goku to maintain CSSJB. If this was the case, why wouldn't Goku just use Blue in bursts? Vegeta had already shown that he could do it with no stamina loss, so that should've been the safer bet, no? Then there's also Vegeta saying this:

When Vegeta couldn't output even 10% of SSJB's power as said by Whis during the fight against Hit, what do you think would be this 100% when the true power of SSJB could only be accessed through what Goku did? I got a little confused on this instance.

Probably not far off of 120,000. He only used the form briefly to one shot Cabba.

[mention]Super Saiyan[/mention] the main difference between the bursts and PSSJB is SSJG. Switching forms leaves and opening that Zamasu or any other PSSJB tier opponent could easily exploit.

What do you think Vegeta meant here?

Trunks: “Goku… This is amazing… He’s fighting equally with Zamasu…!”
Vegeta: “Kakarrot… He managed to seal the Blue’s overflowing power within his body.”

Doesn’t this imply PSSJB is the full power of SSJB’s power? The same full power Vegeta used on Black?

If you only consider that statement then yes it could imply that. But when we have a straight up quote from the Oracle Fish saying that Goku was stronger than Vegeta, it's clear that it isn't the case. Goku overcame the weakness according to Vegeta, so he was able to exceed the maximum of regular Blue. No different to how overcoming the strain of regular SSJ allowed Goku and Gohan to become much stronger than Vegeta/Trunks I guess.

CSSJB Vegeta vs Beerus makes it pretty clear that the form is on a different level.
