SSJ3 Goku (BoGs, Manga) vs Chou Gohan

So it's implied on the movie and stated on the anime that Goku is the top dog by BoGs even before the SSJG Ritual, but what about the manga?

Vegeta was like "ZOMG We are fucked" after hearing Beerus two shoted Goku, implying at least Goku is on the same realm as Gohan.

He's probably just thinking about in relation to himself. Not to mention Super/new content show that Gohan/Gotenks dont fight anymore (Gohan does NOW), so it's reasonable to not include them.

Mostly likely Gohan wins. The manga left out the Goku is number one in the universe after defeating Pure Boo, Vegeta saying Goku is number one and his reaction to Goku being beaten, and Beerus's Vegeta entertain him more than Goku did.

Yes, but my point is that Vegeta seems to write them off for whatever reason. Did the same with Pure Boo.

I don't see why he'd writte them out here. He ignored them on the Pure Boo moment for Goku's sale, the whole point of the moment was to give Goku the final battle. There is no reason to think they wouldn't fight with Beerus if he tried to destroy earth.

Going by Goku's mentally training against Freeza, Cell, and Boo, way stronger than his Boo Arc self.


There isn't much to suggest Goku is the strongest at that point. SSJ3 Goku and SSJ3 Gotenks's performance against Beerus seems about the same. Beerus didn't mention Goku was more entertaining than Gohan and Gotenks or mention Gohan and/or Gotenks was more entertaining than Goku.

The only thing that imply Goku was the strongest is he was the one to become the SSJG rather than Gohan or Gotenks.

There's no reason to believe Goku is stronger in the manga. We don't get any statements to imply that, everybody gets shat on by Beerus all the same (we don't even see Gohan's fight, just him getting KO'd), and Kaio never telepathically talks to Vegeta. The status quo from the manga is still good to me.

A little closer to Gotenks and co., but not all that stronger than he was in the Boo Saga.

While Goku didn't had the time to "fight" Boo, defeating Cell so easily certainly puts him much stronger than his nanga counterpart.

As for this question...I don't know. Perhaps about as stronger as Gotenks.
