Don't think he can reach any of the Hakaishins. Dunno if even UIO Goku can...

Considering it's debatable he's even above ToP UI Sign Goku, I don't see him touching even the weakest Hakaishin. If it's current Vegeta, things are more debatable with the mixed implications given on his power.

I have Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) as a distant rival to Geen and Arak.
I have Vegeta SSJBE (Arc Granolah Start) stronger than everyone except Beerus, Quitela, Rumoosh and Mosco. But due to the better techniques of the Hakaishins, like the Hakai, characters like Champa, Iwan and Belmod could defeat that version of Vegeta.
Vegeta SSJBE (Current) is at least as powerful as in the Arc Granolah Start, but with the difference that he has the Hakai and could defeat the other 8 Hakaishins inferior to him. At best, Vegeta SSJBE (Current) would also be more powerful than Mosco, second only to Beerus, Quitela, and Rumoosh.
