SSjin 2 Goku vs SSjin 2 Vegeta (Pre Majin) and SSjin 2 Gohan (Boo Saga)

Numerical difference can hardly make any difference, quality doesn't make quantity.

I have the gap between Vegeta and Gohan in equal forms similar to SSJ Vegeta vs Android 19 gap (which is basically a one-shot power gap); Goku being stronger than Vegeta should be able to one-shot him even easier.

As well as I have SSJ2 Pre Majin Vegeta weaker than SSJ2 Kid Gohan, so Goku would beat him after somewhat difficult fight (Vegeta doesn't have much to be properly quantified, though).

Why not? Vegeta doesn't consider Dabura as a threat at all, even after watching him fighting. I don't know about numerical gaps, though. Why is required for him to be weaker than Perfect Cell, though?

Because FP Perfect Cell made SSjin 2 Kid Gohan flinch and Gohan two shotted him and not one shotted him. SSjin 2 Vegeta (Pre Majin) should be a little weaker than SSjin 2 Kid Gohan so Such a gap between Pre Majin Vegeta and Teen Gohan can't exist unless you have SSjin 2 Teen Gohan weaker than Perfect Cell.

I understand. Even then, SSJ2 Kid Gohan doesn't seem to use that much effort against Perfect Cell, though, even with the Kamehameha, he refused to kill him because he wanted him to suffer.

Also, considering that this same Gohan got severly wounded by Super Perfect Cell's blast towards Vegeta, who knows how much damage can take a rusty version of him by someone who is also stronger than him.

Goku takes it. He can easily pick them apart with Shunkan Ido, and Gohan is too rusty to significantly help here.
