Who wins? Toppo was losing to SSjin Blue Goku but then showed his full power with Goku using kaioken... Goku used normal kaioken though no?

Manga-wise, Goku oneshots.

Anime-wise, assuming Jiren is the mortal above some of the Hakaishin, it depends how much Toei want to enlarge the gap between Beerus and Current Goku. Based on Beerus/Champa already being somewhat concerned about the power of KKX10B Goku and Hit, with Current Goku also likely being 10x stronger than his U6 self, I doubt Goku would need much more than Kaioken x3-4 to reach or surpass Hakaishin tier until more evidence crops up to debunk such.

If DBZ [Frieza arc] were to release today and I would say the same thing that Frieza beating a powered up Zenkai KK20X Goku would be ridiculous as well.
