SSjin Goku ~ Pure Boo?

Inspired from aahil's thread.

When Goku was training in his mind at the beginning of Super manga, we saw Goku was fighting Freeza, Cell and Pure Boo at his SSjin form. So does it mean that his SSjin form is equal to Pure Boo along with his SSjin3 form from Boo arc?

Clearly not meant to be taken seriously as an indication of SSJ Goku = Pure Boo as that was image training.

Image training is still meant to get a good sense of how a battle would go though, seeing as how that was the entire point of the Kuririn VS Basil image fight. That said, I'd treat this as an indicator for SSJ Goku ~ Pure Boo. It'd also line up fairly well via scaling, seeing as how I'd doubt Goku would've been chosen to be SSG if he were still leagues below Gohan.

Wasn't Goku described as the strongest of the zsenshi in the beginning of Super? If he is stronger than Gotenks as SS3, then that means his normal SS is stronger than Gotenk's regular SS, who was supposedly Super Buu tier, who is also stronger than Kid Buu.

Not at all. It's because Goku is Vegeta's rival, Gohan isn't relevant to Vegeta at all and surpassing him has never been Vegeta's goal.

I would agree with you though that Goku should at least be in Gohan's range by that point. Maybe not as strong or stronger than him, but I couldn't imagine Goku being chosen for the God ritual over Gohan if he was still leagues ahead of his SS3 self.

I have Goku and Vegeta SSJ2 (BoG) in Manga and in Anime beating Ultimate Gohan.

  If something is said in the Anime and in the Manga it is not said otherwise, I have no problem keeping them the same.

As for the theme, perfectly Goku SSJ (BoG) can be = / >>>>> Kid Boo. Personally I have Goku SSJ (BoG) >>>>> Kid Boo, to be able to have Goku SSJ2 (BoG)> Ultimate Gohan.

  This happens only in the Anime, but in the Manga is not contradicted, Kaiosama warns Goku that Beerus is tremendously superior to all the enemies he had faced, therefore, Goku knew that Beerus was >>>>> Kid Boo as a minimum, then Goku as SSJ confronts Beerus and then is surprised to realize that he can not hit him.
