SSjin Vegeta (Freeza Arc) vs 100% Final Form Freeza

SSjin Vegeta (Freeza Arc): 225,000,000

Why do you put Freeza about equal to Goku? In the manga, Goku had troubles with him but Frieza wasn't fighting equally with Goku. He was able to hit him only twice. Goku had the upper hand. I would place Freeza at 130,000,000 if I had Goku at 150,000,000.

How was Base Goku equal to no hands Freeza? If anything Freeza did not use his hands because at that point his level was a lot higher than Goku's.

Also, should not Initial Final Form Freeza be weaker than Vegeta? He only largely surpassed him when he increased his speed.

Why would Freeza kicking Vegeta's blast be stronger? If anything he has two levels. His initial state and when he increases his speed vs Vegeta. He was shown to be really serious when he kicked Vegeta's blast so I think he he should stay the same but just that when he kicks his blast, he is not toying anymore.

Base Goku ended up overwhelming no hands Freeza to the point that he had to use his hands... They are very close to one another.

Not necessarily. Vegeta was clearly caught up in the delusion of being a Super Saiyan and almost thought of himself as invincible. He wasn't thinking clearly. His best feat was being able to keep up with initial Freeza's speed.

Freeza clearly upped his effort level when kicking Vegeta's blast. Just look at the intensity shown there versus when he was tooling Vegeta. Whether or not you think that correlates to an increase in battle power or not is your choice.
