This is gonna be a hell of a battle IMO, but Cell will inevitably come out on top due to him being the best Equal Power Levels fighter in the entire series, second only to Super Boo(Gotenks Absorbed)

Now that i think about it, Gohan-Boo would indeed be the best Boo, since he didn't "unlearn" Gotenks's techniques after the latter defused. And he also has Piccolo absorbed.

Yep, he has no time limit either, although he appears to be a little crazy since he magically forgot how to sense ki when he hid behind smoke to "fool" Vegetto or whatever.

It's not a curbstomp, but Vegeta wins by a fair margin. The SSJ2 multiplier is enormous. If it was Super Perfect Cell he'd lose though.
