SSJR Goku Black (With scyte) > Hit and Kaio-Ken x10 Goku?

Who’s the strongest out of all these? We asked producer, Atsushi Kido.
The God of Destruction Beerus is overwhelmingly strong, but if we leave him out, then I think the strongest fighter is Goku Black. I’d say he’s used Son Goku’s power as a base and evolved in his own, unique way.

Thoughts?

Hit trained after the U6 tournament and was only even with SSJB post-Zamasu Galu even when usig killing techniques, so it's possible. Although I honestly doubt it as that would make Merged Zamasu's fusion boost even more pathetic than it was portrayed to be in the anime.

Pathetic? I thought the anime was incredibly bloated? Granted the Saiyans put up a fight, but I thought that was just toei BS. Plus that wasn't Zamasu's full power.

Goku managed to overpower Zamasu's full power Holy Wrath with a limits breaking KHH and then broke his halo with a Kaioken enhanced kick (while already badly wounded). The fusion boost wasn't anything massive until he mutated half of his body.

It's possible, but as Kenshi mentioned with Post-Rage Boost SSB Goku = Post-FT Arc Hit > Halo Zamasu, it seems pretty unlikely unless assuming Hit was vastly stronger than his U6 Arc self (which isn't suggested to be the case when Goku explicitly wanted to see his assassination skills rather than his gains). I'd say this is one of the situations where you can severely doubt what the staff say due to what's presented clashing with it, much like one of Toei's staff saying Anime ToP Roshi was weaker than Goten and Trunks despite how he performed against Galu.
