When you think about it, the Super-Saiyan 2 boost can be way over 10x too. Cell did like Super-Saiyan Grade forms power-ups but still got punched so bad he spit-out Android #18.

The boosts might actually get bigger.

I don't see the need to have SSJ3 bigger than 4x. I also don't have a problem with base Gotenks pre RoSaT being weaker than SSJ2 Goku/Majin Vegeta. The true beast is SSJ Gotenks.

I use smaller multipliers for fusion though.

Also I think Cell would have died if Gohan was 10x stronger.

SS3 being 90x stronger than SS2 works though. Fat Boo would be like 80x stronger than Main Vegeta and if Gohan had gotten angry he'd get like 100x stronger.

Cell could have died like the Cell Jr.s but Gohan didn't want it to end yet.

I'm just saying there's really no need to hop around an implication even-though you can if you want to. Not like it means much anyway.
