Strongest equal PL fusion?

Which two unused characters do you think would have the strongest Potara fusion, if all PLs were equal?

edit: I feel like it's difficult to predict what the fusions would be capable of, because in the case of Gotenks he has techniques that are far more advanced than anything either Goten or Trunks ever used

Out of the canon ones I'd say Vegetto simply because outside of Subpar's manga version it appears that the Ki blade is exclusive to him and we never saw what the Potara version of Gotenks would be capable of. Kibitoshit seems to be pr weak due to neither of his fusees ever training much as well.

If Potara Gotenks has exclusive techniques like regular Gotenks he might be powerful, Tenshinkuririn might be strong by virtue of having 100x Taiyoken, Kienzan and Kikoho. Pretty much any fusion involving Ginyu would be very versatile from having body change in case of unfavorable circumstances

Unused characters only? At equal powers I'd have to think the rival boost would be the difference maker when power alone is considered. Maybe Prime Kami and Young Piccolo Daimao as they are literal opposites of one another in terms of good and evil and hate each other.

Yeh the rival boost could be the deciding factor, but I was also thinking about their techniques and general fighting acumen, plus maybe their temperament. Like a fusion of Piccolo and Tenshinhan would probably be much more ruthless in battle than Vegito or Vegeta-Gohan, who would let the opponent off the hook more often, just to enjoy the fight.

Cell or Piccolo probably have to be in there technique-wise tbh, because of regen.

For the rival boost, are there any characters who are both equally obsessed with outdoing each other or achieving the same goal? Vegeta is obsessed with Goku, but Goku isn't as fixated on Vegeta. I wonder if the biggest possible rival boost in the series would be enough ahead of other rival boosts to be insurmountable, even if the lesser boost was paired with superior technique and strategy.

The rival boost probably applies to two people who are bent on outdoing each other in general. Could even apply to Goku and Freeza really, since Goku showed to Golden Freeza when they clashed that Freeza wasn't the only one getting stronger since their last fight or whatever in the ToP arc. Goten and Trunks could get it too if they'd kept training after the Boo arc and competed with each other
