2 things for discussion:

At present when I click on a topic - even off the index page - it takes me to the latest page instead of the page I last viewed. Dunno if this can be changed.

Also not saying we should have them but are we gonna have likes/dislikes. better for trolling.

Well, it's only used on one theme, and I don't think it gets used often. It just slows down the board.

Try switching theme and then switching back.

It's only an issue with the King Kai theme. Switching and switching back doesn't fix the issue though. The other two skins work fine.
