It's not the same continuity because there are changes from it to Super

The 10% line was also only in Super. The only percentage Beerus gives in the movie is using nearly 70% against SSJG Goku.

Beerus's statement about using 10% of his power against Vegeta in BOG is never retracted on FNF, and Beerus is never mentioned to be universal, as such, the powerscaling of Super 17 Post >> Everyone on FNF is still valid.

The 10% line wasn't in M14. Furthermore, Toriyama himself implied that Beerus is capable of making Universe 7 crumble:

^ No one in GT is implied to be able to do the same thing, and Whis is more powerful than Beerus, so Whis stomps.
