I like how anime potrayed Gotenks strength and he could be a SS2 tier at best. So I think he wins.

I guess Base Gotenks can manage something.

Despite being a gag, base gotenks does survive a fight against fat buu. Putting him at least the same tier as vegeta.

So I would assume that he'd stomp cell pretty hard.

I only put Base Gotenks pre a little above the individual SSJ kids, so Cell one shots.

I can see Cell managing something, but onoy because I can sort of stretch t h e credibility of the gag fight with Boo to mean very little. But I see why people swing the other way though too. Overall I'd agree with those siding with Gotenks.

Base Gotenks Pre I guess? It depends whether you use normal SSJ multipliers, which I switch time to time.

The problem with using regular SSJ mulitpliers for the Fusion, is that it makes the Fusions ridiculously strong, which is not implied with SSJ Gotenks.

We know Gotenks took at least one hit from Buu and still whisked his sorry ass outta there, so he's at least similar to SSJ2 Adult Gohan. It could go either way depending on how much stronger Gotenks is.

Gotenks can only win with battle with Super Saiyan. He gets floored without it.
