Cell is challenged by Beerus, and Beerus gives him 12 months to train for their fight. Cell has access to the RoSaT, Vegeta's gravity chamber, and a sparring parter (let's say, Freeza pre FNF) can Cell boost his powah enough in these 12 months to beat the Lord of Destruction?

Seeing as he have Freeza, Goku, and Vegeta's cells. His potential probably know no bounds. He probably beats Whis.

If Freeza was unable to surpass Beerus under any sort of conditions, then Cell would be unable to as well.

I wouldn't be so sure. He has access to the RoSaT (maximum two visits IIRC) so there's two years of training in two days, plus another year on top of that outside the RoSaT. Taking all that into consideration, and the fact that he has Goku, Vegeta, Freeza etc in his DNA, I think he could topple Beerus, maybe even Whis/Vados.

I would think that Cell only has a portion of Freeza's cells inside of him; therefore, he would only have a portion of his potential. If the full extent of Freeza's potential is not sufficient in taking down Beerus then neither would Cell's.

Cell was far stronger than anyone that contributed to his genetic makeup (Saiyan arc Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and Freeza and his father) without further absorptions. He'd blow Beerus out of the water considering he was already far stronger than that during his death and has so much prep time.

Cells initial transformation was the one whom was inside the casket that Krillen destroyed. His potential doesn't seem to be very high until he begins to absorb people. Because Freeza failed, Cell would as well, but he would do much worse.

His larva state should be his initial battle power. It is probably so small that its unquantifiable.

Cell ought to be able to do it. From what Toriyama's implied in interviews, whilst not at this level just yet, Goku has the potential to surpass Beerus under the right conditions. With Cell being the combination of Goku, Freeza and several other prodigies, he should be more than capable of surpassing Beerus. Even if not, his array of hax techniques could probably trump Beerus if used effectively (Kienzan/Death Saucer, Self-Destruction + Zenkai, etc.)

If his larva-state should be his initial power-level, how about the little Cell inside Dr. Gero's tank? Doesn't that count, too? :troll2 :troll2 :troll2

That's the one I was referencing. Whatever he's born as is his initial battle power, the same thing happened with Freeza. Except his Organic Form is too powerful for him to properly control. Cell doesn't seem to be anything special until he transforms.

What are you talking about? He probably didn't even have a power-level then. He couldn't even move. You can't judge his power-level until he's at-least evolved into something that actually has a power-level (which'd be ImPerfect-Cell).

According to you, Freeza's 1st, 2nd or 3rd transformations are all his Organic Forms, since they occurred after his incarnation. Obviously this isn't the case. Freeza's potential is seemingly, a whole lot greater then Cells -having been born with a battle power of 120,000,000 whereas Cells is too miniscule to actual determine. Cell may get more powerful, but he would reach his limits at some point inside the RoSaT and would ultimately, fall desperately short of matching Golden Freeza's battle power.

The outcome is still the same.

Freeza's first 3 forms are artificial, so they don't count anyway.

Cell's real first form is his ImPerfect-form. You can't count his larva-form. WTF?!?!?! That's stupe.

You can't measure a baby's power and figure-out its potential, when they even in this case aren't even ready yet. Cell had to be in his larva-state to grow, all his initial power in his ImPerfect is his own. He did no absorbing. You don't know what you're talking about. (I'm talking like you. :eek:k :eek:k :eek:k )

His Organic Form was what he was born is; likewise, Cells larva state is what he was born as.

Meng, U R FACKING STUPE!!!

HE DID ABSORB NO-ONE WHEN HE FIRST EVOLVED INTO HIS ACTUAL FIRST FORM THEREFORE HIS POWER IN HIS FIRST FORM IS HIS TRUE "INITIAL" POWER!!! (HE DID NO FACKING TRAINING EITHER)

Cell would train and undoubtedly hit his limits somewhere. He isn't achieving what Freeza did, no doubt about it.
