King Cold is most likely closer to 100% organic Freeza than we may think. Freeza even states that having King Cold on his side would ensure his victory against Goku, IIRC.
Suppressed Mecha Freeza is most likely around 70% organic Freeza in power.

I always had a feeling Cold wasn’t powered up either. I know P’s “always assume full power” rule is universally agreed upon, but if Freeza did a unnoticed power up why not Cold?
@Yoshi I think 70% is a bit too close. I always liked 50% with Cold a bit higher, at 55-60%, but Gohan makes me think Freeza wasn’t even at 50%.
