Taopaipai vs Battle Jacket

I think Tao wins, but, power wise, Battle Jacket is a little stronger, because i view it as the saga's final boss.

Tao. Goku actually complimented Tao's strength saying that the hits really did hurt while he just shrugged Black's off.

One hit from the Battle Jacket's missile and Tao's dead. He may be able to win if he spams Dodonpas to lower it's defence, though as far as raw power goes, I'd still give the Battle Jacket the edge. It seemed to cause more overall damage to Goku than Taopaipai's punch, which was merely superficial, plus it's hard to imagine Taopaipai being able to take on the peak of technological warfare at that time when he was nearly killed by a grenade (and subsequently believed a grenade capable of killing someone stronger than himself).
