Hello DBZETA! I just felt i could post my new power levels here. I think i should probably post stuff here more often, since i used to be a frequent member.

This list is based on the manga and doesn't follow the Daizenshuu levels, since i think they should be higher based on the implications.

You should include 70% Freeza.

100% Freeza should still be a fair amount above Cold, with Cold being 200,000 max.

Mecha Freeza 100% should be 275-300,000,000. He was proud of his new power and said with Cold on his side, it'd be a piece of cake.

You should post the numbers of the humans in the Cell Arc. They should also be in the millions.

Trunks, Goku, and Vegeta should all be in the same ballpark in the Androids portion, with Piccolo also following closely behind. The gaps between them are too high.

Here's a list of gaps from shortest to widest:

1. SSJ2 Gohan VS Cell
2. Semi Cell VS #16
3. Perfect Cell VS Vegeta

Going by your numbers, the first gap should be x1.67, the second should be x2, and the third should be x2.5.

Cell tanked Vegeta's kick to the head and even implies he can take on a ki blast similar in amplification to Gekiretsu Kodan, so it should be the widest gap in the Arc besides Imperfect Cell VS Piccolo.

SSJ2 Gohan should be > Super Perfect Cell by a tad bit.

I'm not going to analyze the Boo Arc. I'm wondering what your numbers are for the Saiyajin and early Freeza Arcs though.

I have updated the list slightly to include a few missing levels and to fix a few problems. I'm starting to think Kaioshin was talking about SSj2 Gohan when he said that "Super Saiyan" Z-Sword Gohan might be able to defeat Boo. I mean, it's completely haxxed and illogical to have SSj2 Z-Sword Gohan one-shotting SSj3 Goku(even if you think SSj2 is only a 2x boost) out of nowhere when nothing of the sort is ever suggested. I think Kaioshin never knew Super Saiyan 2 was a different form since nobody ever told him that. He probably thought that "That's a more powerful version of Super Saiyan and that's the end" in the end, he still thought it was Super Saiyan. I'm going with that to make Gohan's power less ridiculous.

Not really, he thought he could "probably" beat Goku alone. King Cold was there to guarantee his victory.

I think the Trunks-Goku gap is fine. I will lower Vegeta to the 810k range to put him on rivaling range with Trunks though, i think i gave him too much credit. About Piccolo, i feel he is just out of the SSj tier. I might get him to 700 but that's the best i can do without putting him too close to them and contradicting Tien's statement.

Gaps is a pretty hard subject right now. I try to make it as consistent as possible but it's hard considering the Early Gaps(Zarbon vs. Vegeta (23k vs 24k). I consider Dodoria vs. Vegeta a loss of yuuki scenario though.

The gap between Perfect Cell(Silent Power Up) and Vegeta SSJG2 is the same as Semi Cell vs Sixteen imo. Perfect Cell's head did move slightly when he was kicked, and Semi Cell's head also budged a little and his expression indicates he felt a little bit of pain. I have Piccolo x Cell Post exactly the same gap as those 2.

I believe they are dead even. Gohan might be a little bit stronger but i don't see enough evidence in the manga to such implications. SPC was only defeated because of Vegeta's distraction and 'cause he was taken off guard by Gohan suddenly recovering his previous power imo. Even Gohan admits Cell powered up more than he thought.

I'm not going to analyze the Boo Arc. I'm wondering what your numbers are for the Saiyajin and early Freeza Arcs though.

I just added them. The list was supposed to include them at first but i accidentaly deleted them without making a draft when i was creating the Trunks Saga levels, so i just started from Late Frieza Arc due to sheer impatience.

I also like to have initial Vegeta at ~9,000. That's the level he fought base Goku at, which seems understandable, as Goku could more or less keep up with him. Vegeta can't alter his battle power the traditional way, but he can drastically alter his level of effort, just like future #17. Good.

Tenshinhan

Don't you think his advantage over the Saibaiman is a little too big? Tenshinhan seems to be using full effort at his first palm punching attack. The Saibaiman still recovers and attacks Ten with his acid (though he was still a little shaken up), to which Ten dodges and land a knee on his neck, knocking out the Saibaiman. While that implies a considerable gap, Ten hits the Saibaiman in the neck, which is a perfect spot yet the Saibaiman gets back up on its feets. The Cultivars also underestimated Tenshinhan, as noted by Vegeta. This fight no way depicts a 66/100 gap imo, which is like Goku vs Ginyus.

Yamcha's advantage over the Saibaiman is also a little too big imo. Yamcha is clearly using full effort against the Cultivars, as evidenced by him sweating and his gritted teeth. Later, Yamcha takes advantage over the way he was attacked, does a Zanzo-ken(?) and hit the Cultivar with a Kamehameha, which doesn't even kill him. Later the Saibaiman has enough power to grab Yamcha and self destruct. Sure, Yamcha is stronger, but I don't think the fight is indicative of a 85% gap (à la monster Zarbon vs Vegeta) at all.

I think Vegeta might be a little too weak here compared to 1st form Freeza. While it's obvious Freeza was a tad bit stronger, Vegeta held him in place, with both exerting a good deal of effort. Later he was also confident in taking out a hypothetical 2nd form Freeza, alongside with Gohan and Kuririn. I'd say Vegeta should be around 490k~500k here. Do you think handsome Zarbon, for instance, could do to 24k Vegeta what Vegeta did to 1st form Freeza?

So you think Trunks was expecting to meet someone weaker than him, after all of the hype Goku has received from Bulma and Gohan. Future Gohan (1 arm) also pretty much implied he still didn't catch up to his father, and seeing Mecha saga Trunks isn't that much stronger than that Gohan, I doubt Vegeta's son was expecting to meet someone < himself.

King Cold

Well, I don't see anything suggesting King Cold could power up. I'd assume he was at full power and that level was ~suppressed Mecha Freeza.But I don't think it matters too much.

Wow, Kuririn got way stronger, huh? Is there anything suggesting it, considering he spent 130 days dead and that doesn't seem he trained in the other world?

A 90/100 power up seems a bit low considering Vegeta refered to his power up as quite an improvement. But I don't there's a contradiction if you see Goku's reactions at Vegeta's ~1,1x power up at the Saiyans saga.

1- The gap between Trunks and the Cell Juniors seems a bit too big, considering Trunks was included with Vegeta in the ones of holding their own. He was also 'well' after the fight, only with a bleed lip.

2- Piccolo seems also awfully low compared to Vegeta and Trunks. While he was clearly doing worse than the two SSJs, he was still standing after the fight, without being so messed up.

Tien dominated the cultivar the whole fight, which was really only a few pages. I'm sure the Saibaman didn't even manage to land any noticeable hit. For me, that's enough to depict a 50% gap, which is a total domination but not quite one-shot imo. And after the neck hit the Saibamen can barely stand, yes, he gets back up on his feet but so does Gohan after a hit from Recoome, and that was a ~2.9x gap at the very least.

In my opinion, a 15% gap is enough to grapple h2h for a few seconds with your opponent. The Saibamen manages to grapple evenly with Yamcha for a single page, but the bandit quickly overpowers the Saibaman two or three pages later. Having power to grab someone doesn't mean anything imo. 20, who is almost one-shot bait to Piccolo, can also grab him. So can #19, who was being completely dominated and beaten by Vegeta and yet he had energy enough to grab him and absorb a lot of energy.

Yeah. Guldo was confident to go against two people who were stated to be over 10,000 by Burter. Sure, he can stop time and move limitless due to that, but what's the good on that if he is over 2,5x or 3x weaker than them as many people seem to depict? If they landed a punch, he would be down. And tbf, i think Guldo expected them to land at least 1 punch. So, about 10,000 seems to be about right. Enough not to be one-shotted effortlessly

think Vegeta might be a little too weak here compared to 1st form Freeza. While it's obvious Freeza was a tad bit stronger, Vegeta held him in place, with both exerting a good deal of effort. Later he was also confident in taking out a hypothetical 2nd form Freeza, alongside with Gohan and Kuririn. I'd say Vegeta should be around 490k~500k here. Do you think handsome Zarbon, for instance, could do to 24k Vegeta what Vegeta did to 1st form Freeza?

I think a 15% difference as i'm depicting is enough. Vegeta grapples with Frieza and walks away sweating and trying to hold his breath due to the effort used, while Frieza is pretty much nonchalant and unaffected by their grapple.

So you think Trunks was expecting to meet someone weaker than him, after all of the hype Goku has received from Bulma and Gohan. Future Gohan (1 arm) also pretty much implied he still didn't catch up to his father, and seeing Mecha saga Trunks isn't that much stronger than that Gohan, I doubt Vegeta's son was expecting to meet someone < himself.

Uh...Trunks is 360.000.000 while Rumors Goku is 375.000.000....

Wow, Kuririn got way stronger, huh? Is there anything suggesting it, considering he spent 130 days dead and that doesn't seem he trained in the other world?

Just to help with his gains in the Android Arc.

A 90/100 power up seems a bit low considering Vegeta refered to his power up as quite an improvement. But I don't there's a contradiction if you see Goku's reactions at Vegeta's ~1,1x power up at the Saiyans saga.

Yeah, but there was basically no difference in his performance against Vegeta afterall. Also, Vegeta's 15% improvement after healing from Zarbon's beating is considered REALLY impressive, so why not a ~10% increase?

1- The gap between Trunks and the Cell Juniors seems a bit too big, considering Trunks was included with Vegeta in the ones of holding their own. He was also 'well' after the fight, only with a bleed lip.

He was in mid-rivaling range. Enough to easily keep up and fight back without too much trouble imo.

2- Piccolo seems also awfully low compared to Vegeta and Trunks. While he was clearly doing worse than the two SSJs, he was still standing after the fight, without being so messed up.

Piccolo's low number is to try to make sense of his gains in the clusterfuck known as 'Babidi Saga'.
