Tenshinhan (BoZ) runs the Gauntlet against Piccolos Daimao

How many Piccolos Daimao can Tenshinhan (BoZ) defeat?

Many. I'd be confident in Tenshinhan beating 2 or even 3 of them at the 23rd Budokai. It also seems as though he closed the gap on Goku by BoZ given his 250 battle power. It would take dozens of Piccolos to have a chance imo.

Given what certain sources have to say when ranking characters from the 23rd TB, Tenshinhan likely made significant gains, but not anything in the level of facing Goku or Piccolo's full power from 5 years back. Perhaps he could be on Kami's level or close to it though, making someone like Daimao finger-flick worthy via scaling. At the very least, I'd say he should be capable of taking down several Piccolo Daimaos, though I'm not sure if it'd take dozens unless a few of them get a good chance to land a solid hit with the Bakurikimaha.

So Tenhinhan (BoZ) is more powerful than Mr. Popo? And if he is like that, would he be for long?

He might possibly be so when considering Mr. Popo's feats aren't evenly solidly above those of 23rd TB Tenshinhan beyond skill, though it's overall pure assumption whether you believe BoZ Tenshinhan or Popo to be stronger.

2.- Kamisama> Tenshinhan (BoZ) >>> Mr. Popo.

3.- Kamisama >>>> Mr. Popo (DB)> = Tenshinhan (BoZ).

Either 2 or 3 are fine. I'd be sceptical on Route 1 when the only implication of Popo becoming stronger was a battle power entry in V-Jump, and pretty much the entirety of that would likely be from training the Earthlings if we're to take it seriously.
