I think Bear Thief can solo the MCU universe at once. He is definitely immortal and proven himself immune to the Infinity stones. It seems likely to me that he along with Wild West Giran were the ones who created the stones.

Dormammu may give him trouble due to basically being Infinite Zamasu without his constant use of the N(ingen)-Word, but Bear Thief's "sword" is something else. It was too large and thick to be called a sword. Obviously, it is something that Bear GOAT can use to seal away even non-corporeal beings.

If Tony Stark can steal the Infinity Stones from Thanos at the finale of Endgame, I have total faith that Bear Thief would be able to do the same, thereby snapping Thanos out of existence.
