I've seen ppl saying Gohan was in awe at Goku's power looking at this Herm's line, but we need to look a little more sensibly in that... he's just saying "is father so incredible as they say? He doesn't look that impressive". He's actually doubting Goku's awesomeness based on the power he displayed. Line is ambiguous when looking purely at the line, but context makes this clear. Gohan also wonders why everyone is in so much !! when Goku shows his FP too.
