I never talked about that line, I was talking about this:

Goku has no reason to suppress his speed while trying to escape from his attack. Goku is even shown being surprised that Nappa kept up with him on the next page, because of the exclamation marks.

Nappa was much closer to Gohan and Krillen then Goku was. That examples proves nothing.
Nappa was much closer, but if Goku can move far faster than Nappa, he should've been able to at least gain some ground on Nappa before he reached Gohan and Kuririn.

My initial retort about Goku mocking Nappa still stands.
That could just be Goku's playful personality. He's still putting effort into dodging his blows imo, because of his facial expressions while doing so.

Regarding your second retort:

Kaboom:
Goku only needed the Kaio-Ken to catch up to Nappa and save Gohan and Kuririn, and even then only because Nappa had a head start. If Goku's twice as fast as Nappa but also twice as far from Gohan and Kuririn, then they'd both reach them at the same time and that's not good enough. Nappa was about to launch his big mouth blast attack at them too, which meant Goku had even less time to catch up, making the Kaio-Ken necessary.

Case closed about the speed issue.

'Nappa is an experienced and tough warrior, and this gives him what he needs to keep up with someone who has a higher battle power'.

In addition, Goku continued to mock him.

Case closed about the third point.

You know, the first time i watched the anime, i had the impression that Nappa was around 5000 (since he showed worry at the 5000 reading).
Then, when he fought Nappa evenly and playfully said ''you're not that bad'' (at least that's what he said in my country's dub), i assumed Goku
had stopped being angry and fallen back to his 5000 level, which is why Nappa fought him evenly.

Yeah, except Goku clearly wasn't catching up to Nappa at all. Even if Nappa had a head start, if Goku is twice as fast as Nappa he should've at least closed the gap between them a little bit.

'Nappa is an experienced and tough warrior, and this gives him what he needs to keep up with someone who has a higher battle power'.
Goku is also experienced and tough, but that usually doesn't mean much in battles where he is severely outclassed.

In addition, Goku continued to mock him.
When did he mock him besides that one statement?

Also, what about my first point?

The artwork completely disagrees with Goku's performance against whomever that is. It's not the same comparison.

My previous response already countered this, now you're arguing for the sake of arguing.

Goku is also experienced and tough, but that usually doesn't mean much in battles where he is severely outclassed.
Goku required additional training from several Gods, and even then, he was still having an enjoyable fight with Nappa. In addition, technique can over-come battle power ans so can other various factors; such as anatomy, technique and durability.

When did he mock him besides that one statement?
You mean when Goku mocked him and you tried to argue that it shows they're close in strength? Lol, you mean that? :troll

Also, what about my first point?
Never saw it, copy + paste it.
