DB > DBZ ~ OP >>> Naruto >> Bleach

Part 1 DB was a fairly solid action/adventure with colourful characters, with the drop of plot/character consistency and general cheap writing in Z making the latter inferior. OP was a fairly good action/adventure throughout most of Part 1, despite some very cheap Shonen cliches and no permanent character development after a member joined the crew, but everything after the timeskip has gotten progressively more awful when it came to power creep and lack of permanent change in the cast. Naruto started off good and if separating Part 1 and 2, I'd place the former between DB and Z. However, everything after the Tsunade Arc became an awful story of a reactive protagonist betraying the premise of his series by becoming a chosen one and introducing villains with laughable motivations like Obito. Bleach had nothing going for it not already found in other Shonen from its start and just got progressively worse after the first arc.

I think so...
I wouldn't say Bleach ought to be up there. Not only has its popularity slowly died since 2010 in both manga sales and general merchandising, but it was never that huge in Japan compared to its two peers. In terms of influence in Japan, including something like Mobile Suit Gundam would've made a better choice when considering it outperforms all other anime series in terms of merchandise sales annually, or Pokemon if looking at international appeal.

Then why does Bleach is considered to be part of "Big 3"?

That's purely a western thing due to how Bleach was advertised in English speaking cultures, and only really applies for how long the anime ran from. Looking at Japan, or worldwide, One Piece and Naruto far outrank Bleach's popularity, as do plenty of other series.

One Piece >>> Naruto = Bleach > Dragon Ball

One Piece is overrated but it’s still good. Part II One Piece is also better than Part II Naruto and Part II Bleach. I’ve grown out of the Dragon Ball fandom because it’s technically before my time and is just simple for simplicity’s sake. Naruto and Bleach both tackle deeper themes even if they sometimes don’t succeed in doing so.

On the subject of Manga written in the same era, Fairy Tail seems more like a contender for the Big 4 than Dragon Ball does, and it also surpassed Bleach in sales during the early to mid 2010s.
