1. The original Dragon Ball manga (1984-1995): However, the scenes from the Burdack TV special have been retconned by Jaco/Minus, the DBS manga, DBS Broly film, and the Daima television series.
2. Jaco/Dragon Ball Minus (2013-2014)
3. Dragon Ball Z Resurrection F film (2015)
4. Dragon Ball Super manga (2015-2024): It has also retconned away the Battle of Gods and Super Hero films with its own adaptions of them.
5. Dragon Ball Super Broly film (2018)
6. Dragon Ball Daima television series (2024-2025): Presumably. The final episode will give us a definite answer.
None of the other animated television series are canon. Nor are any of the films before Resurrection F. It's debatable whether the Tarble OVA is still canon, since Tarble is only alluded to in a throwaway line by Vegeeta in DBS Broly. We don't know if the events of the Tarble OVA itself actually took place (Tarble is mentioned in the BoG film, but that's been retconned. He's not mentioned or alluded to anywhere in DBS's manga, iirc).
Whether or not any new material can be considered part of Toriyama's canon after his passing depends if it follows an outline he made while he was still alive.
