1. The original Dragon Ball manga (1984-1995): However, the scenes from the Burdack TV special have been retconned by Jaco/Minus, the DBS manga, DBS Broly film, and the Daima television series.
2. Jaco/Dragon Ball Minus (2013-2014)
3. Dragon Ball Z Resurrection F film (2015)
4. Dragon Ball Super manga (2015-2024): It has also retconned away the Battle of Gods and Super Hero films with its own adaptions of them.
5. Dragon Ball Super Broly film (2018)
6. Dragon Ball Daima television series (2024-2025): Presumably. The final episode will give us a definite answer.

None of the other animated television series are canon. Nor are any of the films before Resurrection F. It's debatable whether the Tarble OVA is still canon, since Tarble is only alluded to in a throwaway line by Vegeeta in DBS Broly. We don't know if the events of the Tarble OVA itself actually took place (Tarble is mentioned in the BoG film, but that's been retconned. He's not mentioned or alluded to anywhere in DBS's manga, iirc).

Whether or not any new material can be considered part of Toriyama's canon after his passing depends if it follows an outline he made while he was still alive.

Tarble exists and the OVA was based on an idea by AT (I guess his scenario & the screen-play writer wrote the exact dialogue & stuff), so it’s got to be canon I think.

It was Toriyama's idea, but Toriyama changes his mind on stuff all the time. We don't know if it's still canon as the BoG film was retconned away along with its mentioning of Tarble.

My canon is the original manga, the two TV specials, some anime filler, and most of Dragon Ball Multiverse.

The TV special included Gohan's one-armed fight that isn't shown in the manga but instead occurs off-screen. Is that canon?

TV Special sounds better. He goes SSJ when he finds Gohan has died. But the manga is good because it has Gohan train Trunks' SSJ form. I wonder if there was some dramatic way he became SSJ. I also wonder how Future Gohan became SSJ. Did he get mad seeing the androids killing people? Same for Trunks?

Whatever. The OVA still got to be canon, if you are talking about the Author changing things then going by that even the manga might not be sacred anymore.

Also the movies are what I think are canon any-way. AT helped for the manga, but the manga barely had BoG in it any-way IIRC.

Same. The anime just took the movies and made them worse and inconsistent (Not that RoF wasn't inconsistent already...). There's no point in replacing the superior by the far, far inferior. The manga is just a brief recap that assumes the audience watched the movies.

DBS's manga retconned the BoG and Superhero films with its own adaptions of the story.

Stuff like Birus using 70% of his power against SSG Gokuu, Gokuu absorbing the power of SSG into Super Saiyan, Gokuu forgetting meditation, and Beast making Gohan cockier are no longer canon. As such, you don't see them in the manga.

Not the TV's special version of it. Gohan was stronger than both androids and only lost to them double teaming him in the TV special. In the manga, Seventeen solo'd Gohan.

There’s barely any adaptation for BoG and I’d take 100% AT written over AT supervised and corrected some stuff, sooooooo…

Four chapters were spent on BoG. The most important bits were shown and that's all that matters.

You can't say the movie's still canon when Birus has been retconned to be astronomically stronger than SSG Gokuu.
