Short Notes:

* I don't consider the 10x Kamehameha as a 10x boost primarily as the feats during the battles it's used for blatantly contradict that, unless assuming absolutely everyone in GT as God tier plot armour.
* There's nothing really behind the level I gave Kuririn. Just providing some respect to the Old Meng he beat Galu.
* I place Beyond Limits SS4 Gogeta above a hypothetical SS4 Gotenks despite the sons' potential due to the Perfect Files describing him as having "limitless power" and the "strongest warrior in all dimensions", making he and Vegetto the pinnacle as far as GT's continuity is concerned.
* Post-Training Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr's levels are based on the fact they can freely use SSJ and the fact that Goku Jr. had trained after the TV Special events with Pan going by her statement.

GT characters get haxed to the point of ridiculousness despite doing nothing (eg. #18 > S17 Arc Base Trunks), so I thought I might as well offer the old man a break, especially when assuming he trained with #18 would chalk up her plot hax somewhat.

Considering Goten and Trunks already could turn SSJ easily means that their genetics play a big role. Goku JR ability to master it could just means he inherited the genes that Goten and Trunks had and so forth. And I think Goku learning how to fly isn't an impressive training feat considering Videl could do it too and she was beaten by lord :bitch . At best All I can see their Super Saiyan forms is stronger Nappa.

It doesn't take that effort much to fly. Gohan was able to teach Videl and it's not like she became several times stronger after learning it. Also genetics are fucking off in DBZ. Pan hasn't learned SS but then Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr does it even thought their Saiyan Blood is so diliuted compared to Pan it should be impossible for them to transform and yet they do.

Perfect, then Yi Xing Long did not hurt himself by receiving the attack, but returned to his Base form.

  By the way CC, I think you should have a hypothetical Vegetto (DBGT) Base / SSJ / SSJ2 / SSJ3 a bit stronger, since at that time Goku Base was >>> Vegetto Base, therefore the difference between Vegetto and Gogeta It should be greater than if Goku and Vegeta were on the same level in equal ways.
