What do you make of all the “Several times stronger” implications/statements CX? Are they being ignored? Hyperboles?

I'd assume that when having to contextualise it with scouter numbers, it'd refer more to physical attributes that don't scale linearly with Ki.

Interesting that you have Roshi almost the same as Goku and Tenshinhan here. Isn’t he supposed to be below Tournament Level Goku?

Plus, why not go with BoS Goku as a 10? I know the other thread you didn’t because it was scouterless and gave more breathing room, but what about here?

He believed he may be, but Ten also wasn't assured he could beat Roshi until Roshi confirmed that himself, so I'd say the situation's mixed. I figured this was probably the best route when considering I don't really like the idea of placing Goku and Ten much further than that range.

It would be difficult to pull off without having nearly all the characters in the first arc separated by decimal points. Not impossible, but not meshing well when also having to fit Videl and Satan into the scouter list far below anyone of superhuman tier. I thought having Goku's tired level at 10 was the best compromise.

That was a typo.

He easily dominated Kuririn without even attempting to KO him and whilst the sprinting comparison would suggest the gap between them isn't too great, Kuririn's reaction to Goku's record paints a very different picture.

It's made apparent Goku's fighting abilities were far better when having his tail as balance, enough to immediately force Giran into surrendering. As far as overall fighting prowess goes, Tailed Goku > Namu >> Tailless Goku.

That would contradict Roshi seeming somewhat surprised how easily Goku tanked the hit, not to mention Goku not oneshotting him compared to the casual way Roshi defeated Yamcha. I'd say that either the feat from the previous arc was an outlier or (more likely) Giran's shock and decision came from the combination of Goku having the strength to break his Guru Guru Gum whilst not having wasted any stamina whatsoever.

Shouldn’t Kami be lower compared to Goku and Piccolo? He couldn’t even see them…

The main reason is me not editing it in a good while, with this just slapping on the 910 rating from the V-Jump. I'd probably just say that's incorrect, lower the number and call it a day.

There isn't really much more that Kami can be lowered by considering he'd still probably be above BoZ Tenshinhan. The gap isn't really important when it'd end up still being less than the logically far greater difference between 23rd TB and BoZ Weighted Piccolo anyway.

Tenshinhan (TB23) = 218.

Mr. Popo = somewhere between 219 and 249.

Kamisama = A little stronger than 250.

Piccolo (TB23) = 292.

Goku (TB23) = 293.

Goku (Super Kamehameha) and Piccolo (Chou Bakuretsumaha) under 322.

I was thinking that Tenshinan (BoZ) is stronger than Mr. Popo, but he is still very inferior to Kamisama, since apparently in both the Manga and the Anime, they did face each other between rivals.

In the anime Yamcha faced Yajirobe and Chaoz at the same time. While Tenshinan vs. Krillin, Tenshinhan was just as suppressed as when he faced Krillin after Piccolo Daimao's Arc.

In the Manga Yamcha faced Chaoz, since Yajirobe wanted to eat. Mr. Popo trained Krillin. Tenshinhan did not face Mr. Popo, as he had surely surpassed him. Kamisama was so superior to Tenshinhan, that he didn't even bother to train him. Surely the gap between Kamisama over Tenshinhan (BoZ) is higher than the gap between Mr. Popo over Krillin (BoZ)

Probably the latter. How Kami and Tenshinhan compare at that point is vague, whereas we know Popo was ahead by enough that he could toy with Kuririn.
