Old Lady, Little Boy, The two thugs and Ichiro were the causalities of this mission. Less than I expected but at the same time Ichiro dying makes it feel like more, if that makes any sense.

On average, not really according to most studies. The few cases in which they are easy either have to do with how many men in Japan's current generation are complete cucks (search the term herbivore man), thus forcing women to take more of an initiative/have more of an impact from confident men or some Japanese girls having a fetish for foreign guys. Some of it also has to do with certain sub-cultures (eg. the yanki/gyaru fad that was popular in the 90s basically making a lot of women into textbook thots), and some media personalities tending to be more open due to their lifestyle (eg. Voice actress and singer Aya Hirano being notorious for having fucked most of her band members).

Such cases tend to be more in the minority and the easy nature of many Japanese women in anime/manga tend to be more for the power fantasy appeal more than any sense of realism, the popularity of the harem genre in recent decades being a very telling example.
